摘要
企业知识型员工的创新动机是其发动和维持创新行为的内在动因。本文从内与外、特质与状态双重维度探讨了知识型员工行为动机的类型划分,进而演释了知识型员工创新动机产生的生理原理、习得原理和认知原理,以及知识型员工的创新动机与其创新绩效之间的倒U形规律和X形规律。
The knowledge staff＇s innovative motive is intrinsic cause to stimulate and maintain creative behavior.This article discuss type of knowledge staff＇ behavioral motive from dual dimensions including interiors and exteriors,trait and state,then study on cause of principles about innovative motive from physiology and acquisition and cognition,and find out inversely u-shaped curve rule and x-shaped curve rule between knowledge staff ＇ innovative motive and innovative achievements.
