百合固金汤防治放疗所致呼吸道反应疗效分析

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect on Respiratory Reaction due to Radiotherapy Prevented and Treated by Lily Bulb Metal-securing Decoction

目的:观察百合固金汤防治放疗所致呼吸道反应的疗效。方法:将90例接受胸部放疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组单用放疗,治疗组在放疗基础上服用百合固金汤,每日3次。比较两组出现呼吸道症状情况及生活质量改善情况。结果:治疗组呼吸道反应明显减轻,生活质量明显高于对照组,两组比较有较显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤能明显减轻放疗引起的呼吸道反应,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Baihegujin Decoction in preventing and treating respiratory reaction caused by radiotherapy.Methods：90 patients with respiratory reaction caused by thoracic radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups：the treatment group and the control group,45 patients for each group.The control group was treated normally,while the treatment group,on the basis of radiotherapy,took Baihegujin Decoction three times a day.The respiratory symptoms and the living quality of the two groups were compared.Results：The respiratory reaction in the treatment group lessened obviously,and the living quality was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Baihegujin Decoction can significantly lessen the respiratory reaction caused by radiotherapy and can significantly improve the living quality of the patients.
