自体肿瘤细胞药敏检测指导膀胱癌术后化疗

Guiding Postoperative Chemotherapy of Bladder Cancer With Drug Sensitivity Test of Autologous Tumor Cell

为了针对同一病理肿瘤不同个体术后选择性应用最为敏感的化疗药物．我们对１９９２年１月～１９９６年１２月收治的３６例膀胱移行细胞癌患者术中取出的活体标本制成单细胞悬液，对其行化疗药物敏感性检测。结果显示：同一病理级别膀胱癌对各种抗癌药物敏感性不同；单药总体敏感率与病理分级明显相关，二药联合应用随分级增加其敏感性明显高于单药。根据药敏结果进行治疗，３７例病人一年复发仅３例。体外药敏实验结果能指导临床用药，而且疗效较满意。

In order to select the most sensitive chemotherapy drugs for postoperatively treating the same kind of tumor in different individuals .the tumor samples taken from 37 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.treated from January 1992 to December 1996,were investigated with,MTT method. The results showed that. the drug sensitivity of the same pathological grade of these carcinomas was different; there was significant relation between the total sensitivity of one kind of drug and the pathological grade; a combining use of two drugs showed more sensitive than single drug along with the increase of tumor grade. 37 patients received treatment on the basis of sensitivity test,only 3 of them bad their cancer recurred. We consider that in vitro drug sensitivity test could guide clinical Use of drug to get satisfactory efficacy.
