X线与超声检查诊断泌尿系结石对比分析

Contrastive analysis on X-ray and ultrasonic testing in the diagnosis of urinary calculi

【目的】探讨泌尿系结石的X线、超声表现特征,为临床医生提供综合可靠的影像资料。【方法】搜集我院收治的690例典型泌尿系结石患者的X线、超声影像资料,结合文献对其影像学表现做回顾性比较分析。【结果】X线、超声检查对本组690例泌尿系结石患者的阳性诊断率各有不同,其中超声检查诊断泌尿系结石阳性患者为660例,阳性率为95.65%;X线检查诊断泌尿系结石阳性患者为360例,阳性率为52.17%。【结论】超声检查在诊断泌尿系结石方面比X线平片检查更具优势。

[Objective] To explore the manifestation of the urinary calculi in X-ray and B-ultrasound for providing reliable imaging data for physicians. [Methods] The imaging data of 690 patients with urinary calculi in our hospital were collected and the manifestation in X-ray and B-uhrasound were analysed retrospectivly. [Results] The positive diagnosis rate were different . The positie rste for 660 cases by B-ultrasound examination was 95.65%, while that X-ray examination for 360 cases was by 52.17% o [ Conclusion ] Ultrasonic testing is better than X-ray examination in the disgnsis of urinary calculi.
