2型糖尿病患者糖基化血红蛋白和血流变学的相关性 被引量:7

The relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin and hemorrheology in type 2 diabetes

摘要 【目的】探讨2型糖尿病(Diabetes MellitusDM)患者糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血液流变学指标的关系。【方法】测定2006-2007年105例2型DM患者HbA1c、血流变学相关项目11项,A组50例HbA1c≤7%、B组HbA1c>7%55例,对检测指标进行比较及相关性分析。【结果】血流变学指标中HDL-cB组均较A组降低呈负相关,余项目TC、TG、LDL-c、ESR、FG、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数等B组均较A组显著升高,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并呈正相关。【结论】HbA1c与血流变学指标密切相关,二者是构成2型DM并发症的重要因素。 [ Objective ] To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA l c) and hemorheology in patients with the type 2 DM (Diabetes Mellitus). [ Methods] Determined HbAlc, hemorheology, ect, totally 11 related projects of 105 patients of type 2 I)M in 2006-2007 were determined, and divided into two groups, HbAlc ≤ 7% was A group (50 patients) and HbAlc〉 7% for the group B (55 cases), The related projects were compared and analyzed. [ Results]Among hemorheology indicators, HDL-c ,B group was lower than those in group A , and with negative correlation. Other indicators, such as TC, TG, LDL-c, ESR, FG, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, B group were significantly increased than A group. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), and was positively correlated. [Corlclusions]HbAlc and hemorheology are closely related, they are both the important factors for type 2 DM complications.
