摘要
实验以粉体活性炭为敏化剂,以聚合氯化铝为氧化剂,用微波催化氧化法处理垃圾中废塑料清洗废水,通过单因素实验考察了100 ml废水,所需敏化剂和氧化剂的用量,以及微波功率和微波辐射时间对废水COD的去除率的影响。通过正交实验研究表明,各因素对处理效果的影响先后依次为:活性炭用量>微波辐射时间>微波功率>PAC用量。各影响因素的最佳组合为:活性碳粉末0.6 g,浓度10%聚合氯化铝0.3 ml,微波功率为4档,微波辐射5 min,COD去除率达86%。
This experiment used carbon powders as sensitization, used PAC (aluminium polychlorid)as oxidant, used microwave catalytic oxi- dation treating disposal waste water in the garbage. Investigated the volume of sensitization and oxidant, as while as the microwave power and microwave radiation time affected removal efficiency of COD in the waste water through single factor test. The orthogonal experiment shows that treatment effect factors are as follows: the amount of active carbon〉microwave radiation time〉microwave power〉dosage of PAC. The best combination is: 0.6 g active carbon powders, 0.3ml and the concentration 10% PAC, grade 4 microwave power, 5min microwave radiation, which the removal efficiency can reach to 86%.
