摘要
目的探讨温度对幼鼠心肌细胞内游离钙的影响。方法用萤光探针Fura-2及BCECF染料结合计算机图像处理技术,观察温度对心肌细胞内Ca2+浓度的影响。结果发现低温引起细胞内游离Ca2+浓度明显上升(P<0.05),而异搏定能显著地降低低温心肌细胞内的游离Ca2+浓度(P<0.05)。结论低温对幼鼠心肌细胞不利。
Objective To study the effect of temperature on cytosolic free Ca2+ in cultured myocardial cells of neonatal rats. Methods Fluorescent probes combined with digital image processing technique were used to study the effect of temperature on intracellular calcium concentration in cardiac myocytes. Res'lts Low temperature significantly increased the intracellular calcium concentration (P<0.05) while verapamil could significantly reduce the free calcium concentration during hypothermia (P<0.05).Conclusion Low temperature has a dioadvantageous effect on myocardial cell of neonatal rats.
