Effects of Benazepril, Amlodipine and Metoprolol On Endothelin in Hypertension

目的比较不同类型降压药物对血浆内皮素（ET）的影响。方法选择62例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期原发性高血压患者，分别用苯那普利、氨氯地平、美托洛尔口服治疗观察6个月。结果治疗后随着血压的降低，苯那普利、氨氯地平两组的血浆ET显著下降（P＜0．01），而美托洛尔组无显著性改变。在苯那普利与氨氯地平组，治疗后血浆ET下降幅度与血压下降幅度呈显著相关性。结论苯那普利与氨氯地平治疗高血压可以同时改善动脉内皮功能。

Objective To compare the effects of different antihypertensive agents on the level of plasma endothelin(ET). Methods 62 cases of primary hypertension (2rd or 3rdstage) were treated with benazepril, amlodipine and metoprolol respectively. All patients were given the drug for a course of 6 months. Res'lts The level of plasma ET is measured prior to and posterior to the therapy. After the completion of the course, the level of plasma ET decreased significantly with the lowering of blood pressure in benazepril group and amlodipine group (P＜0.01), however in metoprolol group, no significant change of plasma ET is observed. The decreasing of plasma ET level in proportion to the lowering of blood pressure is marked in benazepril group and amlodipine group. Conclusion Treating hypertension with benazepril and amlodipine may improve the function of arterial endothelial cell simultaneously.
