两种脂肪乳剂对兔血脂血糖代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较含中链甘油三酯(MCT/LCT)脂肪乳剂及只含长链甘油三酯(LCT)脂肪乳剂对兔血脂清除率及血糖代谢的影响。方法将实验兔随机分为两组,A组使用MCT/LCT,B组使用LCT,脂肪乳剂剂量均为2g/kg·d。结果二组实验兔血清甘油三酯(TG)及血清总游离脂肪酸(FFA)在滴注结束后均有显著升高,但A组均较早恢复到基础值。B组血清总胆固醇(TC)在滴注结束后有显著升高,二组血糖均有升高,B组升高的程度大于A组。结论中链甘油三酯(MCT)从体内廓清较快,对血脂及血糖内环境的稳定影响较小。 Objective This study aimed at evaluating the effect of infusion of MCT/LCT or LCT on the lipid and glucose metabolism in rabbits. MethodS Twenty - six rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, 14 in group A(taking MCT/LCT), 12 in group B(taking LCT). Two preparations of lipid emulsion were administered by ear marginalvein injection at a dose of 2g/kg. Blood samples were obtained before and 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9 hours after infusion. Results The results showed that the level of serum total cholesterol was significantly elevated in group B, and the serum total FFA and triglyceride concentration were significantly elevated in both groups, and returned to original level earlier in group A than in group B. Serum glucose levels were elevated in both groups, but the concentration was higher in group B than in group A. Conclusion The study showed that MCT/LCT was removed more quickly from blood than LCT was, and MCT/LCT had less effect on glucose homeostasis.
