儿童神经母细胞瘤颅内转移的CT表现

CT Features of Intracranial Metastasis from Primary Neuroblastoma in Children

目的分析儿童颅外神经母细胞瘤颅脑转移CT特点。方法收集颅外神经母细胞瘤颅脑转移病例9例，其原发灶和（或）转移灶均经组织学证实。结果9例中有7例硬膜外转移，占78．0％，软脑膜转移5例，占55．5％。脑实质转移3例，占33．3％。眼眶转移3例，占33．3％。结论儿童颅外神经母细胞瘤颅脑转移主要由硬脑膜转移并发展。

Objective To analyze the CT features of intracranial metastasis from primary extracerebral neuroblastoma in children. Methods Nine cases of intracranial metastasis from primary extracerebral neuroblastoma were selected. Results Histological study of primary lesions and/or metastases confirmed the diagnosis in all of the 9 cases. The age of diagnosing the secondary lesion averaged 5 years old. The interval from primary lesion to the discovery of metastasis was about 11 months. Among the 9 cases, there were 7cases of epidural metastasis (78.0%), 5 cases of leptomeningeal metastasis 55.5% and 3 cases of cerebral metastasis(33.3%). Conclusion The results suggested that epidural metastasis was the main route of intracranial metastasis from extracranial neuroblastoma.
