外源多胺调节剂对渗透胁迫下水稻胚芽鞘和幼根生长以及多胺含量的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Exogenous Polyamine Regulators on the Growth and Polyamine Content of Rice Coleoptiles and Young Roots under Osmotic Stress

摘要 以抗旱性不同的籼稻品种湘早籼32号、嘉早935和旱116为材料,研究了渗透胁迫下外源多胺调节剂对水稻胚芽鞘和幼根生长及多胺含量的影响。结果表明:渗透胁迫下,水稻胚芽鞘和幼根生长受到抑制,胚芽鞘和幼根中腐胺(Put)、亚精胺(Spd)和精胺(Spm)的含量上升,抗旱性强的嘉早935和旱116的上升幅度大于抗旱性弱的湘早籼32号;外源D-精氨酸(D-Arg)和鸟嘌呤腙(MGBG)抑制水稻胚芽鞘和幼根中Put、Spd和Spm含量的上升,加剧渗透胁迫下水稻胚芽鞘和幼根生长的受抑制程度;外源Spd能提高水稻胚芽鞘和幼根中Put,Spd和Spm含量,缓解渗透胁迫下水稻胚芽鞘生长的受抑制程度,但加剧了渗透胁迫对幼根的伤害程度。 Using the indica rice varieties including Xiangzaoxian 32,Jiazao 935 and Han 116 with different drought resistance as the materials,the effects of exogenous polyamine(PA)regulators on the growth and polyamine content of coleoptiles and young roots under osmotic stress were studied.The results showed that the growth of both coleoptiles and young roots was inhibited under osmotic stress,and the contents of Put,Spd and Spm in coleoptiles and young roots of all rice varieties significantly increased,but the drought-resistant varieties Jiazao 935 and Han 116 had a larger increment than the drought-sensitive variety Xiangzaoxian 32.The exogenous MGBG and D-Arg treatments significantly inhibited an increase in Put,Spd and Spm contents in coleoptiles and young roots,aggravated harm of osmotic stress on them.The exogenous Spd treatment significantly raised Put,Spd and Spm contents in both coleoptiles and young roots,and it alleviated inhibition of osmotic stress on the growth of coleoptiles but aggravated harmful degree of osmotic stress on the growth of young roots.
