摘要
直流伺服电机是TK6920数控铣镗床的主要动力部件,是日本产品,国内没有备件。通过对直流伺服电机故障进行诊断,找出了故障产生的原因,自制了维修专用工具进行故障维修,使机床能够正常生产,取得了较好的效果。
DC server motor is the main drive for TK6920 CNC boring and milling machines. Since it is a Japanese product, there is no spare part in China. The cause is figured out by diagnosis on DC server motor fault. Special tools are made for repairing the boring and milling machines so that they can run normally and yield good results.
