The paper analyzes in detail the problem in the running of high pressure ammonia pump and expounds the specific plan design and equipment selection for PID constant pressure control modification. Since the modification plan is executed, the problems in the old control method, such as unsmooth motor speed regulation, difficult parameter setting and adjustment and no network transmission function in the system, are effectively solved. Constant pressure control over high pressure ammonia is realized. Equipment maintenance and routine operation become more convenient, and energy saving and high efficiency are achieved.
