摘要
对X射线荧光光谱法测定硅铁合金中Al元素的测量不确定度的来源进行了详细的分析,确认了不确定分量的评定类别,既A、B类方法评定。对测量结果的不确定度进行了评定,在评定过程中发现工作曲线回归引起的不确定度对总不确定度贡献最大,并最终给出了扩展不确定度。
The authors analyze in detail the source of uncertainty in the measurement of aluminum content in ferrosilicon and determine the assessment classification of uncertainty component, i.e., class A and class B methods, which assess the uncertainty of measurement results. The uncertainty caused by the regression of working curve is found to contribute the overall uncertainty most. Lastly, the extended uncertainty is proposed.
