摘要
目的:检测上皮性卵巢癌组织中泛素(Ub)与细胞周期蛋白B1(Cyclin B1)的表达情况。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性肿瘤组织及50例上皮性卵巢癌组织中Ub和Cyclin B1蛋白的表达。结果:上皮性卵巢癌组织中Ub和Cyclin B1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为34.0%(17/50)和42.0%(21/50),与正常卵巢组织的5.0%(1/20)、5.0%(1/20)和卵巢良性肿瘤组织的10.0%(2/20)、15.0%(3/20)相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014;χ2=11.841,P=0.003)。上皮性卵巢癌组织中Ub和Cyclin B1蛋白的表达与FIGO分期(χ2=4.529,P=0.033;χ2=5.520,P=0.019)、分化程度(χ2=5.451,P=0.020;χ2=5.889,P=0.015)和淋巴结转移(χ2=6.269,P=0.012;χ2=6.226,P=0.013)有关。上皮性卵巢癌组织中Ub和Cyclin B1蛋白的表达有关联(χ2=5.451,rP=0.314,P=0.020)。结论:Ub和Cyclin B1可能协同参与上皮性卵巢癌的恶性进展和转移,可用于评估上皮性卵巢癌的恶性程度及预后。
Aim:To investigate the expression and clinicopathologic significance of ubiquitin(Ub) and Cyclin B1 protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma(EOC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of Ub and Cyclin B1 protein in 20 cases of normal ovary,20 cases of benign epithelial ovarian tumor,and 50 cases of EOC tissue.Results:The expressions of Ub and Cyclin B1 protein in EOC tissue were 34.0%(17/50) and 42.0%(21/50) respectively,which were different from those of normal ovary[5.0%(1/20) and 5.0%(1/20)] and benign epithelial tumor [10.0%(2/20) and 15.0%(3/20)](P=0.014;χ2=11.841,P=0.003). The expressions of Ub and Cyclin B1 in EOC tissue were associated with FIGO staging (χ2=4.529,P=0.033;χ2=5.520,P=0.019),histological grading (χ2=5.451,P=0.020;χ2=5.889,P=0.015) and lymph node metastasis(χ2=6.269,P=0.012;χ2=6.226,P=0.013).Ub expression was associated with Cyclin B1 expression in EOC tissue(χ2=5.451,rP=0.314,P=0.020).Conclusion:Ub and Cyclin B1 may be involved in the malignant progression and metastasis of EOC,and could be used to evaluate the malignant degree and prognosis of EOC.
