摘要
目的:研究正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中MTA1蛋白和微血管密度(MVD)的表达情况及相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法分别检测12例正常胃黏膜及63例胃癌组织中MTA1蛋白及MVD的表达情况。结果:正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中MTA1蛋白阳性表达率分别为33.3%(4/12)和80.9%(51/63),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.380,P=0.002);MVD值分别为(18.25±8.35)和(45.38±8.69),差异有统计学意义(t=9.974,P<0.001);胃癌组织中MTA1蛋白的表达与胃癌的浸润深度、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(χ2分别为8.129、12.770和6.254,P均<0.05);MTA1蛋白表达者MVD值(47.49±7.69)高于MTA1蛋白未表达者(36.77±5.71)(t=5.265,P<0.001)。结论:MTA1蛋白过表达可能是胃癌浸润、转移和微血管生成的一个促进因素。
Aim:To explore the expression of MTA1 and microvessel density(MVD) and their relationships in gastric carcinoma tissue.Methods:The expressions of MTA1 and MVD were detected by immunohistochemistry in 12 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues and 63 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues.Results:In normal gastric mucosa and gastric carcinoma,the positive expression rate of MTA1 was 33.3%(4/12) and 80.9%(51/63) respectively,and there was significance difference (χ2=9.380,P=0.002).The MVD index was (18.25±8.35) and (45.38±8.69),and there was significance difference(t=9.974,P0.001).The positive expression rate of MTA1 was significantly related with the depth of tumor invasion,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis (χ2=8.129,12.770,and 6.254,P0.05). The mean of MVD in the carcinoma tissue with the positive expression of MTA1 protein (47.49±7.69) was higher than in the tissue with the negative expression of MTA1 protein (36.77±5.71) (t=5.265,P0.001).Conclusion:MTA1 protein may play an important role during gastric carcinoma's invasion,metastasis and microvessel's production.
