艾滋病20例临床分析

Retrospective study on 20 patients with AIDS

为了提高对艾滋病临床表现的认识，我们对２０例已确诊的中晚期住入内科治疗的艾滋病患者的临床表现及部分实验室检查进行了回顾分析。结果表明艾滋病的临床表现是多方面比较复杂的。①常见的症状有不规则发热（９０％）、乏力（９０％）、明显消瘦（９０％）、咳嗽（７５％）、慢性腹泻（７０％）。②艾滋病患者多因合并感染性疾病入院治疗，几乎均为多系统感染（１００％）。③常规实验室检查中变化比较明显的有血沉增快（占９５％）和血红蛋白下降（占１００％）。④艾滋病患者Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的主要变化为ＣＤ＋４Ｔ淋巴细胞绝对值的明显减低（９８４±１６１１１／ｍｍ３）。

Objective To deepen the understanding of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS). Methods Twenty patients with serious AIDS confirmed by clinical signs,complications,ESR,Hb,and T cell subpopulation,etc. Results ① Clinical signs of AIDS were complex.But major signs were irregular fever(90%),notably thinning out (90%),cough(75%),chronic diarrhea(70%).② The infection rate of the serious patients with AIDS was 100% and multiple infection was also 100%. ③ ESR of the patients with AIDS was significantly increased than that of the controls (P<0.000 5) and Hb drops was also significantly lower than that of the controls (P<0.000 5).④ The principal changes of T cell subpopulation in the patients with AIDS was that CD + 4T lymphocytes were significantly lower(98.4±161.11/mm 3) than those of the controls (980±630/mm 3,P<0.000 5).
