摘要
记忆障碍可由大脑皮层（额叶）、皮层下（中间结构）和一过性（海马）病变所致。本文患者记忆障碍由皮层下左侧丘脑梗塞引起，突出表现为长期记忆、短期记忆和瞬时记忆均有障碍，以短期记忆障碍为主。丘脑损害引起的记忆障碍据文献报道，大多为双侧缺血性梗塞，也有双侧旁...
