非糜烂性反流病内镜下齿状线移位32例临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨内镜下齿状线移位对非糜烂性反流病(nonerosive reflux disease,NERD)的诊断意义。方法:选择RDQ≥12分,内镜下无贲门口、齿状线处及食管黏膜破溃,齿状线呈全周性规则表现,除外Barrett食管和食管裂孔疝,质子泵抑制剂试验阳性的患者32例为NERD组。观察膈裂孔处、膈裂孔上1cm内、膈裂孔上1~2cm之间三个不同区域齿状线的分布情况,并与8名健康志愿者进行对照。结果:正常对照组齿状线75%位于膈裂孔处,无上移超过1cm者;NERD组患者齿状线仅6.3%位于膈裂孔处,78.1%位于膈裂孔上1~2cm之间。两组齿状线在膈裂孔处和膈裂孔上1~2cm之间两个区域分布差异有统计学意义。结论:内镜下齿状线全周性上移1~2cm有助于NERD的诊断。
