微创锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折37例 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察锁定板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果,探讨微创理念及操作技术在肱骨近端骨折治疗中的运用。方法:以微创法锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折37例,受伤到手术时间3h~15d,平均7.3d。均为闭合性骨折。按Neer法分型:Ⅲ型6例,Ⅳ型12例,Ⅴ型17例,Ⅵ型2例。11例次伴有高血压病,5例次伴有糖尿病或血糖偏高。结果:所有的患者均得到随访,平均14个月。术后肩关节功能:12~20分为功能满意,21例;21~30分为轻中度关节炎,9例;31~40分为中重度关节炎,7例;41~60为严重关节炎,0例。结论:微创锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折效果满意,双小切口能满足复位固定的要求。
