自制尿道缝合器在临床上的应用(附25例报告)

A self designed sewer for the use in urethroplasty in urethral stricture

目的探讨自制尿道缝合器修补尿道狭窄的效果。方法２５例后尿道狭窄或闭锁患者应用自制尿道缝合器行经会阴尿道端端吻合术。结果手术一次成功，并可缩短尿道吻合时间及避免相邻脏器的损伤，均恢复正常排尿。

Objective To improve and simplify the technique of urethroplasty in urethral stricture. Methods A sewer has been designed and constructed and was used in 25 cases of urethral strictura.Urethroplasty was carried out via the perineal approach. Results Urethral anastomosis was made easier and simple.The operation time has been shortened and injury to adjacent structures could be avoided.Normal micturation has been achieved in all the patients on follow up studies. Conclusions The sewer is highly recommended for urethral anastomosis.
