浅析ISP炼锌过程中影响锌的冷分效率的因素

Analysis the Influence of the Zinc Separation Efficiency Cooling on the Process of ISP

ISP炼锌工艺中,冷分系统的铅雨冷凝效率和铅锌分离效率对于粗锌产量起到重要的作用。影响粗锌分离效率的因素有炉气进入冷凝器时的成分、冷凝器冷凝效率、冷却溜槽冷却效率、在分离槽内的澄清分离速度、熔剂添加量等。本文着重分析论证了其影响因素的成因,并指出控制和解决的原理及方法。

In the ISP process,the cold of lead rain condensate and theseparation efficiency of lead and zinc have an important role in crude zinc production.effect the separation efficiency of crude zinc factors furnace gas into the condenser when the ingredients,condenser condensing efficiency,cooling chute cooling efficiency,in the separation of the clarification tank separation speed,add the amount of flux and so on.This article focuses on analysis and appraisal of the causes of its influencing factors,and noted that the control and resolution of the principle and methods.
