摘要
本文探讨、实践、总结了锌精馏塔补塔技术。以磷酸盐灰浆为补塔基料,通过简易工具,将基料压贴至塔盘漏锌处,灰浆经高温烧结,堵塞漏锌点,达到补漏目的。实践表明可有效延长炉塔寿命,降低生产成本,减少环境污染。
The paper discusses,practices and summarizes zinc refining column repair technology,which is with phosphate mortar as basic material of repairment,covers the basis to tower tray zinc leaking with simple tools,mortar blocks zinc leaking by high sintering to attain the goal of mending the leak.Practice proves this technology can extend furnace tower＇s life,reduce production cost and environmental pollution.
