摘要 为提高VS系列耐磨涂料的耐磨性,对其胶粘剂进行改性,以聚氨酯增韧环氧树脂合成了新胶粘剂互传网络聚合物。并通过正交试验法获得了聚合物合成的最佳反应条件:PU预聚体加量8.0%,二羟基聚醚PU1:三羟基聚醚PU2=8.5:1,醇胺Q加量2.0%。对涂料的抗磨相填料进行了优选。 In order to improve the wear resistance of VS series wear-resistant paintings,change its adhesives,synthesiz a new adhesive IPN by PU toughened epoxy resin.Obtained polymer synthesis of optimal reaction conditions by orthogonal test method: PU add the number of 8.0%,PU1:PU2=8.5:1,alcohol amine add the number of 2.0%.Phase of the anti-wear coating fillers were optimized.
