摘要
在现有水库运用模式的基础上,引入自适应控制理论,提出了水库自适应控制运用的概念,建立了水库自适应控制运用模型。该模型采用历史水沙资料确定水库的运用参数,并考虑了当前的来水来沙条件、水库地形条件、水库泄流能力、水库的功能等多方面的影响,具有动态的特点。为检验该模型的合理性,以陕西亭口水库为例进行计算分析,结果表明,自适应控制模型对来水来沙条件的变化具有较好的适应性,能实时调整水库运用参数,使水库发挥更大的经济效益,较传统的方法具有明显的优势。
In this paper the adaptive control theory is adopted to establish an adaptive operation model of reservoir operation.This model determines its parameters by using the time series of hydraulic data with consideration of the existing conditions of water and sediment inflows of the reservoir and its terrain,discharge capacity and functions.A multi-objective optimization approach is used to calculate the reservoir stage and water discharge.Application to the operation of Tingkou reservoir in Shanxi province shows that the model can adjust its parameters along with the change of inflow conditions,and that a more effective operation scheme can be obtained with the proposed method than the conventional methods.
