阿拉伯半乳糖蛋白与植物体细胞胚胎发生的关系

摘要 植物离体细胞胚性状态的保持对于许多植物的离体再生起着决定性的作用.阿拉伯半乳糖蛋白(Arabinogalatan proteins,AGPs)广泛存在于植物组织和器官中,对植物的生长发育起着重要的作用.单克隆抗体法、βGlcY(-βD-glucosyl-Yariv regent,β-葡萄糖基-Yariv试剂)试剂沉淀AGPs法和直接添加外源AGPs的方法被广泛用到AGPs功能的研究上.通过这些研究方法,发现AGPs可通过影响植物细胞的胚性状态而影响植物的体细胞胚胎发生,进一步影响植株离体再生. Embryogenic potential of in vitro cell plays a role in plant regeneration.Arabinogalactan proteins(AGPs) are extracellular proteoglycans involved in plant growth and development.Methods about monoclonal antibody,AGPs precipitate by βGlcY(β-D-glucosyl-Yariv regent),addition of AGPs directly were used to study the functions of AGPs.The results indicated that AGPs were essential for somatic embryogenesis of plant through affecting the embryogenic potential of cells,then the development of plant in vitro
