摘要
目的:观察培哚普利治疗高血压左心室重构向心性肥厚型的疗效。方法:高血压病Ⅱ、Ⅲ期患者共33例。用培哚普利4～8mg/d治疗3个月,部分病例加用地巴唑或安体舒通。结果:空间隔厚度的平均值由治疗前13.5±0.9mm下降为13.0±1.0mm;左室壁厚度的平均值由治疗前12.2±0.8mm下降到11.5±0.7mm;治疗前后差异非常显著。结论:培哚普利在治疗高血压的同时,对左室重构向心性肥厚有明显改善。
AIM:To investigate the efficacy of perindopril in the treatment of concentric hypertrophy type of left ventricular remodeling in hypertensives. METHOD:To 33 patients with hypertension of Ⅱ and Ⅲ stages,perindopril was given 4-8mg/d for 3 months. Dibazol or antisterone was added in some patients. RESULTS: After treatment,the mean value of inter-ventricular septal thickness decreased from pretreatmental 13. 5±0. 9mm to 13. 0±1. 0mm;the mean value of left ventricular wall thickness decreased from pretreatmental 12. 2±0. 8mm to 11. 5±0. 7mm;the differences between the values before and after treatment were very significant statistically. CONCLUSION;In the treatment of hypertension,perindopril can also remarkably improve the concentric hypertrophy of left ventricular remodeling.
