城乡统筹视野的生态文明建设——兼论马克思、恩格斯的生态文明观

On ecological civilization construction from the Perspective of urban and rural unity development——Also on Marx and Engel's idea about ecological civilization

没有生态文明,一切文明就没有享受的前提,生态文明是人类文明的基础。生态文明的本质要求是人与自然的辩证统一。传统的经济增长模式造成资源浪费、环境污染,人类开始反思人与自然的辩证关系;在城乡二元格局下,各自以自身为中心,使得资源的分配利用不能统一协调,进一步加剧了资源衰竭、环境污染的进程,所以生态文明应在城乡统筹中实现。本文以马克思、恩格斯的生态文明思想为理论基础,阐述生态文明建设和城乡统筹发展的相互关系,并就如何在城乡统筹发展中建设生态文明、构建和谐社会提出政策建议。

Without ecological civilization,all civilizations have no access to enjoy,ecological civilization is the base of human civilization.traditional model of economic growth give rise to the waste of resources,environmental pollution and other global issues,Human being began to reflect the dialectical relationship between human and nature,the essence of ecological civilization is the dialectical unity between man and nature,Under the dual structure in urban and rural,making themselves its own center leads to the allocation and use of resources not be coordinated.further speed up the process of resources Depletion and environmental pollution.So we must build ecological civilization in a unity of urban and rural.In this paper,based on the Marx and Engels＇s theory of ecological civilization,we elaborate relations between ecological civilization construction and unity development of urban and rural,then put forward policy recommendations on how to construct ecological civilization and build a harmonious society under the unity development of urban and rural.
