摘要
温塑性滚压强化是在室温与再结晶温度之间进行的滚压工艺,它使被加工零件表面形成有效的残余应力。本文用DEFORM-3D软件对45钢带槽轴分别在不同温度、不同压下量进行了温塑性滚压数值模拟,分析试样轴滚压后的残余应力,优选出最佳滚压工艺参数。结果表明:在温度为20℃、100℃、200℃和300℃下对45钢带槽轴进行滚压,最佳压下量分别为0.06mm、0.10mm、0.15mm和0.15mm;其最佳滚压工艺为滚压温度300℃压下量0.15mm。本文的研究结果对实际滚压工艺参数的确定有指导意义。
The warm surface rolling is a process between room temperature and re-crystallization temperature,and during this processing there would be effective residual compressive stress under the axile surface.The simulation of warm surface rolling of 45 steel groove axle was carried out with different temperature and radial reductions by DEFORM-3D software.Through analysis of residual compressive stress under the axile surface,the optimal processing parameters are abtained.The results show that the optimal draughts are 0.06 mm,0.10 mm,0.15 mm and 0.15 mm at 20 ℃,100 ℃,200 ℃ and 300 ℃ respectively.The best working parameter is radial reduction of 0.15 mm at 300 ℃.This research would be valuable to the processing design of practice surface rolling.
