一根线头缝合会阴的临床观察

Clinical application of continuously suture to perineum using a piece of suture

目的:探讨一根线头连续缝合会阴的临床应用效果。方法:将200例Ⅱ度会阴裂伤及会阴侧切术后的产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,对其缝合时间、伤口疼痛程度、住院时间、切口愈合情况、线头反应情况进行比较。结果:采用一根线头缝合会阴的产妇缝合时间更短,疼痛更轻,住院时间更短,切口全部甲级愈合,无一例出现线头反应。结论:一根线头连续缝合会阴的方法减轻了产妇的痛苦,有利于母乳喂养,节省了产妇的费用;提高了医院病床周转率,减轻了医务人员的工作负担,且安全、可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical effects of continuously suture to perineum only using a piece of suture.Methods：200 cases of puerperas who had suffered Ⅱ-degree perineal laceration and had been operated lateral episiotomy were divided into observation group and control group.The suturing time,pain intensity of cut,hospitalization time,incision healing condition and postoperative lint reaction were compared between two groups.Results：The puerperas who used a piece of suture had the shorter,lighter pain,shorter hospital stay,all wounds healed incision and no lint reaction.Conclusion：Suturing perineum with a piece of suture reduces the pain of poerperas,and is propitious to breast-feeding;save the cost,increase the turnover rate of hospital beds,reduce the workload of medical staff,and what＇s more,it is a safe,reliable method and worthy of promotion and application.
