紫外分光光度法测定骨伤康复外洗颗粒中大黄总蒽醌含量

Content determination of total anthraquinone in Gushangkangfu Wash-out Granules by UV spectrophotometry

目的:提高骨伤康复外洗颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在509nm波长处测定大黄总蒽醌的含量。结果:大黄素浓度在2.88～28.80μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),平均加样回收率为99.30%,RSD=1.91%(n=5)。结论:本方法专属性强,快速,准确,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective：To improve the quality standards of Gushangkangfu Wash-out Granules.Methods：The determination of total anthraquinone by VU spectrophotometry at 509 nm.Results：The calibration cure of the absorbency（A） was linear with the concentration（C） of emodin in the range of 2.88-28.80 μg/mg（r=0.9993）,the average recovery was 99.30% with a RSD of 1.91%（n=5）.Conclusions：The method was specific,fast,accurate.It could be used as an quality control method of Gushangkangfu Wash-out Granules.
