摘要
目的:观察糖适平治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的临床疗效。方法:将已经确诊的2型糖尿病早期肾病患者86例分为糖适平组、糖适平+中效胰岛素组、胰岛素组,比较治疗前后的血糖和肾功能。结果:与运用胰岛素相比较,糖适平能够有效降低血糖,并不损害肾功能,而且无低血糖的发生。结论:糖适平是一种安全、有效的降糖药物,适合应用于2型糖尿病早期肾病患者。
Objective：To assess the clinical effect of Glurenorm in the treatment of type 2 diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods：86 patients of type 2 diabetes with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into three groups,one group took Glurenorm,one group were treated with Glurenorm and NPH Insuln,the other group were treated with Insulin.The plasma glucose and nephric function were compared before and after treatment.Results：Glurenorm could control the plasma glucose effectively compared with Insulin,and has no influence on nephric function.No incidence of hypoglycemia was detected.Conclusion：Glurenorm is a kind of effective and safe regent,which can be used to type 2 diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy.
