赤小豆对小鼠利尿作用有效部位的筛选

Effective Parts Screening of Adzuki Bean on Diuresis in Mice

目的:研究赤小豆对小鼠的利尿作用,筛选利尿作用的有效部位。方法:采用小鼠代谢笼法,测定水负荷小鼠给药4小时的尿量。结果:与空白给药组相比,三氯甲烷萃取部位高剂量组具有显著的利尿作用(P<0.01),正丁醇萃取部位高剂量组及药材水提液高剂量组具有显著的利尿作用(P<0.05)。结论:赤小豆三氯甲烷及正丁醇萃取部位具有显著的利尿作用,可能是赤小豆利尿作用的主要有效部位。

Objective： Discusing adzuki bean diuretic effects in mice and to screen its effective parts. Methods： Determination of water - loading in mice administered 4 - hour urine volume using mouse metabolic cages. Results ： Treatment group compared with the blank, chloroform extraction of parts of high - dose group had significant diuretic effect （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, n-butanol extraction of parts of high - dose group and medicinal water extract high - dose group had significant diuretic effect （ P 〈 0. 05 ）; Conclusions ： Chloroform and n - butanol extraction sites of adzuke bean has significant diuretic effect, may be the main effective site of adzuki bean on diuresis.
