摘要
通过对TNT接触与中毒者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量进行测定及眼晶体检查,分析了晶体损伤与脂质过氧化的关系。结果显示:TNT接触组与中毒组SOD活性和MDA含量均显著高于对照组,且接触组与中毒组间差异也呈显著性(P<005)。表现为SOD活性接触组高于中毒组,而MDA含量则与之相反。相关分析结果表明,晶体损伤与接触工龄及MDA含量均呈高度正相关(P<001);SOD活性与接触工龄及CAT活性均呈高度负相关(P<001)。提示,TNT所致白内障与接触工龄及脂质过氧化有一定关系。
The activities of SOD and CAT and the content of MDA in serum from TNT exposed workers and intoxicated ones were determined by reagent box.The lenses of workers were examined,and the relationship between lense damage and lipid peroxidation(LPO) was analyzed.The results showed that the SOD activity and the MDA content in both exposed and intoxicated groups were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0 05).The SOD activity of the exposed group was higher than that of the intoxicated group,but the MDA content was quite the reverse.The correlative analyses between the lense damage and duration of exposure to TNT,and the MDA content also showed highly positive correlation(P<0 01),but the SOD activity and duration,and the CAT activity also showed highly negative correlation(P<0 01).The results suggest that there are certain relationships between cataract induced by TNT and duration,and LPO.The lense damage may be induced by MDA as a cross link agent of proteins.
