摘要
通过对体外培养的小鼠S180肉瘤细胞进行1~4次的高温(43℃、30min)处理后,用流式细胞技术测量肉瘤细胞膜电位的荧光强度,与对照组比较。结果表明,受热损伤的肉瘤细胞膜电位荧光强度明显增强(P<001),细胞膜发生去极化。提示,细胞膜去极化是肿瘤细胞热损伤的重要指标。
After hyperthermia(43 ℃,30 min.)on mice S 180 sarcoma cells for 1~4 times,the fluorescent intensities of the membrane of tumor cells were assayed by flow cytometry.In comparison with the control group,the fluorescent intensities of the membrane potentials of heat injured sarcoma cells increased significantly(P<0 01),and the membrane depolarized.It suggested that the depolarization of the membrane would be an important index of the injured tumor cells.
