Asia-Pacific＇s growing-up is driven by the development of East Asia .This article discusses that in the 20th century, the East Asian region achieved the compression-based development through three sustained wave of industrialization in the half century, which emerged from the colonial dependent economy and achieved national independence from dependent devlopment to independent development. Furthermore, this article explore the path of Asia-Pacific region＇s growing-up, characteristics and reasons.
