后危机时期中国—东盟经济合作前景

China-ASEAN Economic Cooperation in a Post-Crisis Era

1991年开始的中国东盟经济合作到目前为止已经开始显现出比较明显的特点:即经济相互依赖程度加深、合作的制度化水平不断提升,同时经济合作水平与双边关系的发展存在捆绑现象。2008年爆发的金融危机将在一定程度上影响中国与东盟的经济合作。但本文认为,后危机时期双边经济合作的基本特点不会改变,只是随着中国力量的上升,双边经济合作、相互依赖对双边关系的推动作用会逐步下降。

The 2008 financial crisis may cause problem for China-ASEAN economic cooperation because of its far-reaching effects on world economy and international order. However, this paper will argue that the basic characteristics of China-ASEAN economic cooperation will not change too much, although the binding of economic cooperation with bilateral relations between China and ASEAN may be negatively affected, that is, at least we should hope less contribution from bilateral interdependence to the development of China-ASEAN relations.
