台北发展城市文化产业的经验

The Experience on Developing Urban Cultural Industry in Taibei

台湾文化产业所产生的经济价值很大程度上依赖于城市文化产业的带动。本文考察台北城市文化产业发展的脉络与特色,并归纳其在规划、政策、创意空间拓展、经营模式和人才培养等方面的成功经验,为促进两岸文化创意产业的交流与合作提供有益的借鉴。

The economic value produced by the cultural industry in Taiwan, to a large extent, depends on urban cultural industry. This paper investigates the developing thread and characteristics of urban cultural industry in Taibei and summarizes some successful experiences in the aspect of planning, policy, fosterage of creativity, management mode and personnel training. At the same time, some useful suggestions are put forward in this paper for developing urban cultural and promoting the cross-straits communication and collaboration of the cultural creative industry.
