《律师法》的修改对公安执法工作的影响研究

The Influence of Modifications of the Law on Lawyers on the Law Enforcement of Public Security Organs

2008年6月1日正式实施的新《律师法》在律师会见、阅卷和调查取证三个方面做了重大修改,对公安机关刑事侦查工作带来了很大挑战。公安机关应当主动应对挑战,转变侦查理念,增强证据意识,加强对案件的审核,重视与有关机关、部门及律师的交流与协作,更有效地履行惩罚犯罪、保护人民的职责。

The new Law on Lawyers enforced on June 1,2008 has great modifications in lawyers meeting their clients,reviewing case files and investigating and collecting evidences,which greatly challenges the criminal investigation of public security organs.Public security organs should respond to the challenge actively by changing their ideas of investigation,raising their awareness of collecting evidence,emphasizing the reviewing of criminal cases and cooperating with related organs and lawyers so as to better perform the duty of punishing criminals and protecting people.
