新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与高敏C反应蛋白的相关性研究 被引量:6

Correlation between serum phospholipid fatty acid profile and high-sensitivity C reactive protein in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的研究新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)的关系。方法以60例新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和55名健康对照(NC)者为研究对象,用高效气相色谱法测定血清磷脂脂肪酸谱,颗粒增强免疫沉淀法测定血清hsC-RP水平。结果 T2DM组的饱和脂肪酸(SFA)总量较NC组显著升高(48.79%±1.55%vs 42.58%±1.96%,P<0.01),单不饱和脂肪酸(MU-FA)较NC组显著降低(10.72%±1.53%vs 12.09%±1.32%,P<0.01),多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)总量较NC组显著降低(39.49%±1.88%vs 45.33%±1.96%,P<0.01)。T2DM组的血清hsC-RP明显高于NC组。相关性分析显示,hsC-RP浓度与SFA正相关(y=0.32,P=0.03),与n-3 PUFA总量负相关(r=-0.29,P=0.04)。结论新诊断2型糖尿病患者血清磷脂脂肪酸谱与健康者不同,血清hsC-RP与n-3 PUFA总量负相关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum phospholipid fatty acid with high-sensitivity C reactive protein in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum phospholipid fatty acid profile was analyzed with capillary gas chromatography. Immunoturbidimetric assay was used to measure the serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hsC-RP). Results The levels of saturated fatty acid (SFA) were higher in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus group(T2DM) than in normal control group (NC) (48.79% ± 1.55% vs 42.58%± 1.96%,P〈0.01). The levels of monounsaturated fatty acid( MUFA) were lower in T2DM group than in NC group(10. 72% ± 1. 53% vs 12.09%±1. 32% ,P〈0.01). Polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) was lower in T2DM group than in NC group (39.49%±1.88% vs 45.33% ± 1.96%, P 〈 0.01). The serum hsC-RP concentration was significantly higher in T2DM group than in NC group. HsC-RP concentration was positively correlated with SFA(r= 0. 32; P = 0.03), but negatively correlated with n-3PUFA(r= - 0.29; P = 0.04). Conclusions Serum phospholipid fatty acid profile is different between T2DM and NC group. Serum hsC- RP concentration is negatively correlated with n-3PUFA.
