背根节交感芽生与神经病理性疼痛关系的总结和思考 被引量:3

摘要 神经病理性疼痛是由外周或中枢神经系统的直接损伤和功能紊乱引起的自发性疼痛、触诱发痛、和痛觉过敏等慢性痛症状。背根神经节交感芽生现象现已被认为和神经病理性疼痛有着直接的关系。本文就DRG交感芽生和神经病理性疼痛关系的解剖结构基础、交感芽生和神经病理性疼痛关系的假说进行总结,并针对交感芽生和神经病理性疼痛关系机制进行思考。
