介绍了以副枪系统为基础,通过优化原材料条件,提高设备装备水平,完善数据监测及采集系统,提高自动化控制水平,系统建立和优化冶炼模型等措施,最终实现全封闭智能炼钢。
This paper introduces the realization of Intelligent steelmaking which was based on sublance system and rely on the measures such as ： optimizing the material condition, improving equipment level, improving data monitoring and collecting system, improving automatic control system, systematically establishing and optimizing the steelmaking model, etc.
