不同融合方式对核移植后胚胎融合的影响

摘要 目的本文是通过对核移植后胚胎融合时不同排队方式的影响进行研究,试图提高重构胚胎的融合率,以提高核移植的效率。方法采用手动排队和交流电+手动方法两种不同的排队方式,将体细胞核移植后胞质体-核质体复合体融合。结果体细胞核移植后得到的胞质体-核质体复合体融合时,采用手动和手动+交流电两种方法调正胞质体-核质体复合体,其融合率分别为38.5%和75.7%。结论在核移植后胞质体-核质体复合体融合时,采用交流电+手动排队融合率明显高于手动排队。
