Tenon囊下注射曲安奈德的观察与护理
摘要
目的探讨眼科护理治疗中Tenon囊下注射长效激素的护理方法与优势。方法对87例黄斑水肿患者实施曲安奈德Tenon囊下注射，注射后进行观察与护理。结果87例患者接受注射后无明显疼痛，无结膜出血，无眼球穿通伤等严重并发症的发生。其中5例患者引起眼压升高，经药物治疗后眼压正常或接近正常，病情得到有效控制。结论Tenon囊下注射长效激素可操作性强，风险小，可将药物迅速地传递到眼部后节而发挥药效。
