电机故障在线诊断与预防性保护浅谈 被引量:2

摘要 分析了电动机故障的成因,并以电动机轴承故障诊断与预防为例,给出了电动机故障诊断与预防的在线测量、数据分析方法以及实现过程。从而改善电动机运行工况,达到判断和预测电动机的故障,避免造成意外停工,为实现最优化工厂维护打下基础。 The reasons of motor faults are analyzed.Taking motor bearing fault diagnosis and pretection as an example,onlinea measurement,data analyzing method and realizing process for fault diagnosis and prevention of motor are presented.Therefore the motor operating conditions are improved to judge and predict motor faults and to avoid downtime caused by accidents thus to achieve the basis for optimizing plant maintenance.
