摘要
用不同浓度的多效唑(PP333)在干旱胁迫前1d处理,研究干旱胁迫下PP333对金香水梨幼苗的保护效果。结果表明,PP333预处理有效地降低了干旱胁迫下梨叶片的MDA含量及POD活性的增加程度,并能有效延缓SOD和CAT活性的降低,表明PP333预处理可有效减轻干旱对梨引起的自由基伤害,提高梨抗旱能力。以100mg/L处理的保护效果最好。
The different concentrations of PP333 were used to study the protective effect on Jinxiangshui Pear seedling under drought stress. The results showed that the pre-treatment of PP333 decreased the level of MDA content and POD activity , retarded the decrease of CAT and SOD activity in the leaves of Jinxiangshui Pear seadling under drought stress. The pre-treatment of PP333 could increase the drought resistance of Jinxiangshui Pear seedlings. The treatment of 100mg/L PP333 was best protective effect.
