摘要
目的探讨卟啉对卷烟主流烟气中3,4-苯并[a]芘的截留作用及其作用机制。方法在卷烟滤嘴中分别加入2.0、4.0、8.0μg/支卟啉,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定主流烟气中3,4-苯并[a]芘的含量,采用荧光猝灭法测定卟啉与3,4-苯并[a]芘的相互作用。结果卷烟主流烟气中的3,4-苯并[a]芘含量随着卟啉加入量的增加而降低,最高降低率可达33.10%。卟啉与3,4-苯并[a]芘发生了相互作用、得出了线性关系良好的猝灭方程及基本处于105数量级的结合系数。结论卟啉对卷烟主流烟气中的3,4-苯并[a]芘有明显的截留效果。
Objective To explore the interception effect and the mechanism of porphyrin on 3,4-benzo [a]pyrene in cigarette mainstream smoke. Methods Porphyrins were added into cigarette filter with doses of 2.0, 4.0, and 8.0 μg per cigarette. The 3,4- benzo[a]pyrene in cigarette mainstream smoke was determined by the method with GC-MS. The interactions of porphyrin and 3,4- benzo[a]pyrene was analyzed by fluorescence quenching method. Results The contents of 3,4-benzo[a]pyrene in cigarette mainstream smoke decreased with the increases of the contents of porphyrin added into the cigarette filters and the maximum lower rate was 33.10%. An interaction between porphyrin and 3,4-benzo [a]pyrene was observed, the equation of fluorescence quenching of the good linear relationship and combination coefficients of 10s orders of magnitude were obtained. Conclusion Porphyrin has a significant removal effect on 3,4-benzo[a]pyrene in cigarette mainstream smoke and there is a interaction between porphyrin and 3,4-benzo[a]pyrene.
