摘要
目的探讨我国家用净水器所用部件卫生安全性影响因素。方法收集2006—2009年在中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所受理并依据卫生部相关规范进行检测的不同类型家用净水器所用部件的卫生学检测资料,对卫生安全性影响因素进行分类分析。结果各类型活性炭滤芯的不合格率较高[颗粒活性炭滤芯:10.7%(6/56);烧结活性炭滤芯:25%(12/48);活性炭纤维滤芯:15.4%(2/13)],不合格的原因有溶解性总固体、氟化物、浊度、铝、砷指标浸泡实验不合格。离子交换树脂不合格率最高,为27.8%(10/36),影响因素是耗氧量、三氯甲烷。结论活性炭质量是制约家用净水器安全性的关键因素,应加强活性炭滤芯质量的监督管理。
Objective To find the influencing factors for the safety of the components used in household water treatment units in China. Methods The test results of the components used in household water treatment units of different types which underwent a safety tests according to the standard protocols in 2006-2009 were analyzed. Results In the quality tests of total dissolved solids; fluoride, lead, aluminum, arsenic, oxygen consumption and turbidity, the disqualification rates were higher for different types of activated carbon filters, granular activated carbon was 10.7% (6/56), sintered activated carbon was 25% (12/48), carbon fiber was 15.4% (2/13). As for ion exchange resin, the disqualification rate ranked first, 27.8% (10/36), the influencing factors were oxygen consumption and trichloromethane. Conclusion The quality of activated carbon filter is an important influencing factor for the safety of household water treatment units, the inspection and management of which should be strengthened in China.
