摘要
目的建立一种简单、快速、灵敏、准确的毛细管气相色谱测定小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的方法。方法小麦粉通过无水乙醇萃取,用盐酸羟胺还原,经DB-17弹性石英毛细管色谱柱分离、氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以外标法定量;随机从市内市场采集不同品牌小麦粉24种进行检测。结果苯甲酸的线性范围为0.002~0.2g/L(r=0.9991);检出限为0.001g/L;苯甲酸保留时间为4.6min;相对标准偏差为4.5%~7.0%,回收率为93.9%~104.5%。结论方法灵敏度、准确度高,适用于大量样本的小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰及残留苯甲酸总量的检测。
Objective To establish a simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour by capillary gas chromatography. Methods Benzoyl peroxide and acid residue were efficiently extracted from wheat flour by ethanol and were reduced by bydroxylamine hydrochloride, and then analyzed by DB-17 elastic quartz capillary column with the hydrogen flame ionization detector. External standard method was used for the quantitative analysis. Results The linear range was 0.002-0.2 g/L, (r=0.9991),the limit of detection was 0.001 g/L, benzoic acid retention time was 4.6 rain. The RSDs were 4.5%-7.0 %, the recovery rates were 93.9%-104.5%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of total of benzoyl peroxide and acid residue in the wheat flour in large sample size.
