摘要
对临近空间飞行器所处空间独特的热环境及其热控过程的特殊性进行分析讨论。针对临近空间飞行器热设计过程的关键环节、有效载荷的散热方式和散热效果,进行实例分析及计算比较,结合飞行器内部有效载荷和能源系统的功耗情况与热控要求,提出一套飞行器的热设计流程,建立相应的临近空间飞行器热设计模型。本文旨在建立临近空间飞行器的热设计方法,提升临近空间飞行器的热管理水平。
Being aimed at the particular thermal-surroundings,this paper analyzes the complicated thermal features of stratospheric vehicles in the near space and the particularity of the thermal-control processes for them.According to the power consumption of loads and the power sources as well as requirements for thermal management of the vehicles,a model of thermal management and design for the vehicles is presented.Some numerical examples are proposed to show the feasibility of the model applied to the thermal management and design of vehicles.
